Heart of Africa Services Center of Washington (H.A.S.C-WA) is going to collaborate with local civil service organizations and non-governmental organizations, and local community schools to develop programs that facilitate leadership, and educational awareness from primary schools to secondary schools level.

Renovate damaged schools; Rebuild destroyed schools/ Libraries; Build libraries and provide books (used or new); Encourage adult education.
